Return & Refund Eligibility:
- Return Period: Customers have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
- Condition of Product: The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received (, unused, and in original packaging).
- Accessories: All original accessories that came with the product must be returned along with the product.
Return Process:
Initiate Return: Contact Spectskart customer service within 5 days of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Return to Warehouse: Once the product is returned to the Spectskart warehouse and inspected, the refund process will begin.
Refund Process:
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the product reaches the warehouse.
Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the same payment source or account from which the purchase was made.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

Via Your Order Section:
From there, you can choose whether you want to exchange, return, or refund the product.
Log in to your Spectskart account and go to the Order Section.
Locate the relevant order and select the Return and Refund option.
Important Notes:
Make sure to keep the receipt and any proof of purchase for the refund process.
Products that are damaged, used, or missing accessories may not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping fees are often not refundable unless the product was defective or an error occurred on Spectskart’s part.
Spectskart Warranty Claim Policy
1. Frame Warranty:
Eligible Issues:
If the frame colour is fading,Frame coating peeling off , or has any manufacturing defects.
In such cases, we offer a free replacement of the same frame or a frame of equal value.
Replacement Process: If you encounter issues with the frame, contact us within the warranty period to claim a replacement.
2. Lens Warranty:
Power Issue: If there is an issue with the prescription power of the lenses (e.g., incorrect power or prescription mismatch) within 1 month of purchase, you can claim a free replacement.
Coating Issue: If the HMC (Hard Multi-Coating) or Blue-Ray Coating peels off, we will replace the lens free of cost, either with the same power or as per the new prescription requested by the customer.
3. Warranty Claim Frequency:
Warranty claims can be made once per year for replacement or repairs, as long as the request falls within the allowed timeframe and meets the conditions.
4. Exchange & Replacement:
If a product is exchanged within the allowed time period, the warranty will still apply to the new product.
If an exchange is requested, the customer will be eligible for a warranty claim for the new product, based on the same terms as the original product.
5. Physical Damage:
Physical damage is not covered under the warranty.
However, our experts will verify any claim of physical damage. If the damage is found to be manufacturing-related (and not accidental), the warranty may still be applicable.
6. Warranty Claim Process:
Step 1: Submit your warranty claim to our customer service team through email or the order section.
Step 2: Our team will verify the claim, and approval will typically take 24 to 48 hours.
Step 3: Once the claim is approved:
Step 4: If the warranty claim is rejected, the warranty claim will be void, and no replacement or refund will be provided.
You will be asked to place a new order for the replacement product.
The value of your previous product will be applied toward the new order, and the new product will be delivered to you.
